GH Project Development Ltd is an independent, local provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Information Packs (HIP) to the domestic property market. We can offer energy assessments and surveys, issue Energy Performance Certificates and arrange HIPs throughout the South Devon, Exeter and Plymouth areas.

We offer an efficient, professional and speedy service, maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all our customers - estate agents, solicitors, landlords, property agents and private house sellers. Our Energy Assessors are fully qualified and accredited, trained to industry standards and recognised by the building industry’s own awarding body – the ABBE. We work directly with BRE, one of the most respected and efficient organisations in the field, to provide EPCs direct to our customers and full HIPs in partnership with other BRE approved members.

Our energy reports are of high quality and delivered within tight timescales (usually only a matter of a few days) at a competitive price. You can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind. Meeting your needs is our most important objective and, as a small but growing business, we can happily adjust our offerings to meet your requirements.

We are based in Totnes, within easy reach of Plymouth, Exeter, the whole of South Devon and many parts of East and West Devon. We can also extend our area of coverage further for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day.
