• I will book the energy inspection on the same day that I receive your instruction and normally undertake the inspection within two working days.

• I will produce your EPC within 24 hours of completing the inspection, so that your property can be marketed for sale or let without delay.

• I will initiate your HIP searches and paperwork on the same day as receiving your instruction.
